A snug fit ensures your garment moves with you as you power your way through your workout. And even while our garments hug your body, there are no seams to chafe or cause discomfort.

Guys, it's important that your heart rate monitoring training shirt have a body hugging fit. Close contact is the only way the sensors can do their job. It's also going to feel good when you work out with intensity. Here's the easiest way to choose your size.

Measure the circumference of your torso just below your chest muscles. This can be done with a fabric tape measure or with a piece of string and metal tape measure.
